The Owner
Serwa Lee was raised in a family owned business
(Gairsan Natural Foods). From elementary school to part of undergrad, her tasks included cleaning shelves, the products, emptying and cleaning bulk containers, organizing the merchandise, so that it was presentable and appealing to customers.
In the restaurant she wiped down tables, made sure the environment was clean, presentable and comfortable. Those were just a few of her responsibilities. Today she takes pride in using those honed skills to satisfy the organizing and cleaning needs of her well appreciated current and future clientele
